Residential Rodent Control in Sanders
Most of our Sanders work is residential. Homes here are a mix of older block houses, manufactured homes and rural properties with outbuildings, and each type has its own weak points. Manufactured homes lose skirting and belly board. Block homes get chewed vent screens and roofline gaps. Rural properties collect pack rat dens in shops and woodpiles. We handle all of it, from a single mouse in a pantry to a full attic decontamination. If you have kids or pets in the house, we plan the work around them and use the least invasive method that will actually solve the problem.
We inspect the full attic in your Sanders home, identify the entry points and travel routes, and set traps where the rodents actually move. You get photos of what we found and a written summary of what we sealed. Most attic jobs are cleared in two to three visits.
Manufactured homes in Sanders have specific vulnerabilities: skirting gaps, torn belly board and open utility penetrations. We repair all three with hardware cloth, copper mesh and exclusion sealant. It is usually a one-day job and it closes the main path rodents use to get from the ground into your living space.
Once the rodents are out, we remove contaminated insulation, bag the droppings, disinfect hard surfaces and treat with enzyme cleaner to break down the odor. On heavily damaged Sanders attics we replace insulation to the correct R-value so your heating bill does not suffer next winter.
On rural Sanders properties we remove pack rat dens from under sheds, in woodpiles and against foundations. We clear the debris pile the den was built from, trap the animal, and set exterior bait stations on a monitored perimeter. We also advise on woodpile placement and foundation clearance to keep them from coming back.
